We offer an introductory 20 minute chat, free of charge over the phone or online, where we can talk about your problems in general terms and check if we are the right service for you. If we feel that our training or approach isn’t suitable for the support you require we may signpost you to other resources.

We would then arrange an hour long assessment appointment (either online or in person) to go over your needs in more detail and allow us to allocate you to the right team member. This assessment appointment is charged at our 60 minute counselling rate (£60.50). If you then decide to go ahead, we will allocate your practitioner and offer a free 30 minute meet and greet where you can come and meet them (and the animal team if you’ve decided to go for an animal assisted approach) and see how you might work together.

Please note that the fees below are for private paying individuals, rates will vary when paying via EAP, insurance companies, education or social care due to the increased financial & administrative requirements; rates are agreed with each company and will vary. Please call us if you wish to discuss further.

Additional information

• Home visits will also be available with mileage charged at 50ppm on top of the appointment cost. Travel time will also be charged.
• We can assist with case management and write reports at a charge of £30 an hour.
• A 10% discount will still be available for blocks of six sessions paid for in advance.
• We can discuss subsidies or discounts on an individual, case by case basis.
• Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for your provision, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling client appointments. Unless we reach a different agreement, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification.
• In the event of a serious accident, emergency, or other similar situation outside your control, please deal with your situation first and notify me at the earliest convenient time, or we will follow up with you typically within 24 to 48 hours of the missed appointment.
